One honest loop.

The whole session, start to score.

01Write what you'll do
02Run the session
03Answer honestly

Write what you'll do.

Type the intention; Drift sorts it into one of nine categories on-device as you type. When the intention is set, Start lights up.

Stay with it.

15 to 90-minute sessions (or set your own), fifteen ambient soundscapes, countdown on your lock screen and Dynamic Island. If you slip away mid-session, Drift quietly counts it.

After every session, three buttons.

Honesty is the input. Whichever button you press, the answer feeds a follow-through score — and the score, not the timer, is what compounds week over week.

See the truth, kindly.

A follow-through score from your own honest answers — trends, best focus hours, streaks, and personal bests. "Didn't start" is data, not a dead tree.

Many intentions. One honest score.

Work, study, creative, health — every intention you write feeds a single follow-through score that gets more specific about you every week.

"Drift is what happens when you look away. We named the app after the enemy."

Most focus apps count minutes and call it discipline. But a timer can run while nothing happens.

Drift asks for one written intention and one honest answer. Over weeks, the score gets specific: when you follow through, on what, and what actually got done.
